What happens after my 30 free scans?

What’s the difference between Starter and Professional?

Starter covers a small venue with up to 3 maps and 1,000 scans/month. Professional unlocks 15 maps, 10,000 scans/month, custom branding, and advanced analytics — designed for complex buildings and teams. CSV export and integrations require the Scale plan.

Do visitors need to pay or create an account?

No. Visitors scan QR codes with their phone camera and see the map instantly. No app, no account, no payment.

How many QR code scans are included?

Starter includes 1,000 scans/month, Professional includes 10,000, and Scale includes 100,000. There is no per-scan charge within your plan’s limit. If you reach the limit, scans pause until the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?
